Which products can I request right now?
The current panel lineup is TerraGroove 300, TerraLap 200, and TerraCrest 100 and 200. Terrashield can also review supporting trims from approved dimensioned sections and requests for current physical samples.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A standard-profile order can be as small as one panel. Pricing and fulfilment still depend on the profile, finish, finished length, quantity, and pickup or delivery requirements.
How long does standard panel production take?
Typical standard-profile production is 3 to 5 business days, subject to material availability and the current production schedule. The applicable estimate is confirmed on the quotation.
Does Terrashield provide installation?
No. Terrashield manufactures and supplies panels and supported trims. The buyer is responsible for the qualified designer, installer, complete building-envelope assembly, fastening, waterproofing, permits, and code compliance.
How do I send drawings?
Submit the quote form, then email the drawings to info@terrashield.ca using the same name, company, and project location. PDF drawings and clear marked-up images should show finished panel lengths, quantities, and dimensioned trim sections where applicable.
Can I pick up from the workshop or request delivery?
Workshop pickup is available by confirmed arrangement. Delivery or freight is quoted for the actual panel lengths, quantity, destination, route, access, unloading plan, and schedule.
Which finishes are available?
Current finish options are Ice White, Cream White, grey, and wood-grain. Profile and finish availability are confirmed with the quotation, and physical samples should be used for final colour approval.
