Why Terrashield exists

A manufacturer built around the metal panel.

Terrashield was founded to bring modern roll-forming technology, purposeful profile design, and direct production under one roof.

At our Richmond workshop, we form architectural siding and roof panels to approved project lengths, produce supported flashings and trim, and use physical samples, technical drawings, and 3D tools to make product decisions clearer before a production run begins.

Our ambition is practical: keep expanding what we can form, document, and deliver. We are building that capability through modern equipment, a growing profile range, and disciplined production.

How production works

Technology matters when it improves the finished order.

Modern equipment is only useful when the production inputs are clear. We connect profile selection, approved dimensions, forming, cut length, verification, and handoff in one controlled sequence.

01

Confirm the system

Select the profile, application, finish, gauge, current material status, and physical sample reference.

02

Lock the production schedule

Approve finished lengths, quantities, dimensioned trim sections, destination, and required date in one usable schedule.

03

Form and verify

Run the confirmed material through profile-specific roller stations, cut to the approved schedule, and check the completed count.

04

Prepare the handoff

Organize the completed panels and supported trim for coordinated workshop pickup or the delivery and freight shown in the quotation.

How we work

Modern manufacturing, without the distance.

Projects should be able to see the product, understand what is available, and reach the people responsible for making it. That is the standard Terrashield is being built around.

Start a project request

See before specifying

Review physical samples, current workshop photography, technical drawings, and 3D tools before committing to a profile.

Know what is available

Separate current stock, project-order material, commissioned profiles, and future production plans.

Build from approved information

Manufacture against supplied lengths, quantities, and trim sections rather than guessing at project dimensions.

Stay close to production

Keep product, quotation, production, pickup, and delivery questions connected to the team handling the order.

Workshop visits

Arrange a workshop visit to review current profile samples, available finishes, and the production floor. Contact us first so the team can confirm staff and sample availability for the day.
